My client needed to increase and improve on her overall accommodation, and I was asked to sort out and secure Building Regulations approval and sufficient suitable information for her appointed contractor. This client already had Planning Permission through another consultant but certain improvements were requested which meant seeking Planning Amendments from The Local Authority.
